This Saturday is Australia Day and I have decided to devote the week to adding photos of typically Australian icons.

The question is ~ will I manage to come up with a week's worth of Australian blips? How hard can it be, really. I do live in Australia, after all!

The week begins with The Australian Magpie. My dashing model worked for a very small fee, just a few shreds of minced beef taken gently from my hand (and a few more left on the table for later).
