Emergency blip.

Well I am not going out again in that weather. So its a case of looking round the room.

As everyone will know this is a moth orchid properly known as a Phaleonopsis.

Thirty years ago it would probably have cost you £25 or more. Now thanks to the wonders of horticultural science you can often pick one up for under a tenner.

When a stem gets to the last two flowers cut it off just above a node further down. With a bit of luck it will flower again for you.
