Lido

Tinside Lido didn’t look too inviting today. 

The city is planning various celebrations of the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower sailing - I hope the Lido gets a coat of paint.....

We are staying on the very tip of the headland to the left - see extras. Today we mooched about a bit, the dog had a run, we ate an enormous fried breakfast, bought fudge, ate fish and chips washed down with Prosecco and are now settled to watch a movie before the long drive home tomorrow. I could happily stay longer. 

A year ago we were seeing the Northern Lights - not much chance of that tonight!!
