Invisible wind

A fabulous Friday with the day off for no particular reason. Supermarket shopping then a swim with Kate. Some cooking, my mum came round for IT Fitbit support and a walk on the crazy beach. Chicken noodles for tea then continued to watch the frankly traumatic Bodies.
