Musicians at work

As soon as I knew the latest blipcommunity challenge was "people at work", I knew I needed to blip these guys. They are not easy to photograph as they are constantly moving and it's important not to distract them all!

The music they make with our young people (who all have special educational needs) is amazing and they create so many opportunities for our kids to experience, but the young people they work with learn so much more than music.

They learn skills beyond that room, like teamwork, patience, communication, friendship and acceptance. They learn confidence, creativity ambition.

Honestly, I can't express in words the difference they make to so many lives.

It is a privilege to see them at work.
