Gore Bay.....

.....it was cold and windy, we ate our picnic with our jackets on and then went off for a wander. Pohutukawa Trees were just coming into flower, quite late this year. On the way home we stopped by the Cathedral Clifts and also at the Hurunui Rivermouth, with all the rain in the high country the river was quite brown.

I'm catching up with a few backblips due to my eyes and having photophobia. It's worth doing as I often look back on my journal.
