“Recycle with care” but does anyone care?

This street exhibit has appeared in Maidstone promoting recycling and use of less plastic. Colourful yet amazing how shoppers just walked on past without so much as a glance as I watched from Pret drinking my lunchtime coffee. It was raining pretty heavy mind you.
