starry pills

i've been stuck with a throat inflammation since the last time i got sick, but it got worse when i got sick this time so i finally asked my aunt to buy me medicine for my throat. she came back with these. it's less than 10 pills this time, and one of them has stars on them. pills here are very colorful and sometimes they smell like vanilla.
