Finally Some Sun!

I took this picture after spending my lunch hour digging out my car, the drive and the road from under a few inches of snow and ice (accumulated over a few days)... Having completed this job, I decided I deserved a treat and wandered up to the coffee shop at the end of my road.

On the way I had this view - and saw the sun. I thought it was such a rare event, I should capture a photo - as who knows when we'll next see it!

I liked the sun glinting through the tree (which if you look carefully) is still covered in snow itself - though the other side of the tree (in the sun for a while) doesn't have a trace of snow!
