Council House

I was in Nottingham for the weekend and this is the centre of the city, known as Slab Square overlooked by the Council House, known in (most?) other cities as the town hall - council houses are usually much smaller. The entrance is flanked by stone lions and that is where you arrange to meet up with people, "by the lions", which is what I did!
