Cheesed Off

I may have mentioned that my new neighbour is a bit of a pain (I'm being very polite here!) 
It's too long a story to get into but it means that I have to completely rearrange a part of my garden to accommodate his car. The area has been in limbo for over a year now and it's starting to get me down. 
I arranged for a fencer to come and take down two panels and put up eight new ones. He was due to start on Thursday but had a headache, so he called to cancel. He turned up on Friday and started work at 10am. By 11.30 his hole digging tool had broken and he disappeared down to the builders merchants to get a new one. They wanted too much money, so he said he'd pop back home to make a new handle and promised to be back later in the afternoon. Of course he didn't turn up but then said that he'd be back on Saturday morning. He then remembered that he had a prior arrangement and cancelled again. 
I'm hoping it will now be tomorrow morning.
