Art, Jazz and Jack

Jack loves jazz. He loves listening to it, reading and writing about it too. He writes online reviews and so we sometimes get invites when someone he has reviewed is playing near us. Tonight we went to Clare in Suffolk to hear Art Themen , a well known saxophonist in the jazz world.

Our friend Elaine came too and after a little walk in the very pretty market town of Clare we had a good Indian meal in the only place serving food on a Sunday evening! The jazz was good and it was lovely to meet Art. And we won two raffles..a bottle of wine and a Sarah Vaughan CD. We should have bought a lottery ticket this week.
