Unespected Gaza: A "deaf restaurant"

This new restaurant just opened next to the building where I am leaving in these days. It is one of its kind: the chefs and waiters are deaf (notice the sign language above the name).

It part of the Atfaluna project, which employes deaf people of Gaza. I had already visited their beautiful artisanal craft workshop. Now the exquisite restaurant. Deaf and under siege in Gaza, but able to create fantastic things with their hands. Plenty of good taste, both the food and the artcrafts.
