Twelve evening meals

Twelve days of evening meals: all with at least 750g of low white carbohydrate vegetables and all followed by a sweet of: summer berries or fresh blueberries; stewed prunes&apricots topped with oatbran and full fat Greek yogurt. All of the main courses had 250g of boiled beetroot drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Apart from beetroot, onion, leek and kale the rest of the veg was yellow label or Aldi’s 6 (weekly specials). Six of meals were vegetarian relying on cheese or tofu as main protein source.
