Transportation

Due to the snow I've not used my car for a few days, choosing to walk the school run and catch the bus to work. This is the view out of the bus window on my way home from work as we drive past the local park.

Most of the snow has gone now, the main roads and high street are clear, however the back streets I need to walk down to get home are still covered in snow only now it's iced over and very very sloppy as I found out when I went arse over tit walking the kids home from school.

On a positive note I called in the travel agents to price up holidays for October half term. Going to go back tomorrow and pick up some brochures so Phil can have a look too.
