and the sky. That is what caught my eye today at the Getty besides the Michelangelo exhibition that opened yesterday. See the panel in the extra and the link to the website for those who are interested. 
There are so many things to be learned about Michelangelo. He studied the gestures and movements of the human body as probably nobody has done. You can follow his creative process through the drawings he made and didn't burn. He had his assistant burn many of the drawings he did as studies for figures. From what they say, he didn't want to show the struggles of the artist. He wanted to show perfection.
