Paramedics

I am so proud of my son and all he has achieved in the last few years . Emigrated to Canada, Found a girlfriend , got married, had a little girl with another on the way . Then decided to change careers and become a paramedic . As a dyslexic he finds the theory hard but he is clever and has overcome that. He now on the final leg of a 4/5 year program. Starting with evening classes then part time and then full time stuffy . This is his final 6 month practicum . Between training shifts he is picking up work from the Alberta health service (AHS) as they still employ him but only pay him at the moment fit shifts worked
This is the team line up with their pink shirt pins for anti bullying day in Canada. He is the one on the far left as you look at the picture. I think each trainee is paired with a qualified paramedic .if they have no calls they help in the emergency room as they are based at the peace river hospital

Horrible day here in the uk with sleet snow and very cold. Jasper to vet for booster and met off to Costco and Booker then 2 clients this afternoon
