Unserviceable

Today I assessed this Backflow Prevention Device, after unassembling checking all the seals and the diaphragm and reassembling it, I determined it had given up the ghost and ordered a new one. The builders have finished our spouting and you can't even tell they have been except for the new spouting, the sign of good trades people.
