Costa Del Firth Of Clyde

Isle of Cumbrae or Great Cumbrae Island.

The island is roughly 4 kilometres long by 2 kilometres wide.

Millport is the island's only town and is a favoured day 'oot' for us West of Scotlanders as it includes a wee hurl in a boat.

Mrs 24601 and I did a bucket list cycle round the island last summer - there's a blip somewhere - and I confess to it being one of the best experiences of my year.

We'll go back this summer.
