Kinda day

Forget about the weather (rain, rain, rain).
Such predictable in the end of February.
UK weather sucks in winter.
Amongst the forecast gossip in the school playground and between swimming my usual distance and quick grocery shopping I managed to prepare a dinner and a snack.
Not forgetting having 4 telephone conversations in a row (!!!), this never happens to me :)

I made cherry and date energy balls and made beautiful pan fried haddock, with reduced lemon, orange and red peppercorn sauce, on a bed of roasted lemon/rosemary new potatoes and sautéed celery sticks with oranges and mint.
