Whoops

Oh, dear. More food -- and it isn't even proper cooking, just a fry up. But what a fry up! Toulouse Sausage, Morcilla, Free Range Egg and a medley of Mushrooms with garlic, onion, red pepper red onion and (shhh!) potato with smoked paprika and flat leaf parsley. 

All cooked in goose fat.

Due to another virus we have been able to get out and about and the cupboard is a tad bare. This is the best that I could muster.

The Morcilla was sensationally good, BTW.
