Treading water

After several hours of cleaning and furniture rearranging, an outdoor break was needed. A nice walk in the woods then around the pond.  From a distance, I thought there was a stick in the water until I noticed the ripples. If anyone knows what type of turtle this is, leave me a comment. I definitely don't know my turtle species.
Extra photo shows a woodchuck mocking my dog. If she wasn't on a leash she would have jumped the creek to chase it.
Tried a new restaurant for fish and chips. Decent food but overall not overly impressed.
Settled in to watch the Milwaukee Bucks by the fire.
