Now for the mountains…

Hi Everyone,

The new mountain bike book arrived for the mountain bike coaching course in two weeks’ time… British Cycling were supposed to open the online element of the course which I hoped to get out of the way on Friday however NO (Grrr…) email has arrived saying the course is open.

I’ve been preparing for my week away in Ilford next week for the Level III Road course… All is ready other than packing my clothes which I will do on Saturday.

Sorry for the lack of comments… I’ll get busy sometime on Saturday and catch up.
