The Prove’s in the Pudding-bowl

Undeterred from my last attempt, I’m trying another bit of sourdough magic from another online source. Same principle as the previous but a lot less faff, so we’ll see how it goes. The dough will sit in its bowl until tomorrow while I indulge in a few celebratory drinks with JacktheLad; today was his last ever day at work. Congrats!!

PS Still waiting on our replacement teapot to arrive. Patience needed!
