Tromso, Norway Day 1

It took most of the day to get to Norway.  Flight through Oslo with just an hour between flights.  They didn't warn us we'd have to go through security again at Oslo so I was incredibly annoyed when we had to bin our unopened bottle of Irn Bru!

Once we'd found the airport bus and made our way to our hotel we unpacked and then headed out in to town to try and find somewhere to eat.  We hadn't booked but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in at Suvi, supposedly the best Vietnamese in Tromso.  I was not disappointed with my steak and reindeer Pho.  The steak was sliced so thinly that when it was dropped in the hot soup, it cooked to perfection and metled in the mouth.

On our wander back we passed the Cathedral.  They've built a second "Arctic Cathedral" on the other side of the water but theis one is much simpler in design.
