Okuizome ceremony

Just home from the 100 day ceremony for baby Ray (Rei - in Japanese spelling).  Although the baby can't eat solid food yet, it's a ceremonial feeding where the food is just touched on baby's lips.  It's a specific order of rice, soup, rice, fish, rice, boiled vegetables etc.  It's repeated three times by the oldest person in the family.  We were honoured to be there.  Baby Ray seemed to appreciate the taste.
