A leap year then and now.

This letter recently surfaced when I was going through old papers here. Confirms that 40 years ago today my late mother retired. It was a little earlier than her pension scheme retirement age.

The blue thing is a weekly payslip.

Different times.

Cold afternoon watching our younger son play rugby; narrowly beaten by 2 points. My wife is hiding inside her coat. Tea heated us up a bit at half-time.
