2020 Thursday — Routine Procedure

We were headed to Kaiser Medical facility for Mr. Fun’s colonoscopy. It’s just a routine procedure; it’s been 10+ years since the last one. His doctor came into the recovery area after the procedure today and said he wants to see him again in 3 years. We really like Dr. Pyne.

We are very thankful for my employer provided medical insurance. We are not at all in favor of socialized medicine that is managed by the government. Single payer healthcare (the government) and one provider (the government) does not produce quality and it does not provide choice of doctor nor the ability to get a second opinion.
