We are off

After worrying about a certain virus and then a fire at Gare de Lyon which we are going through we did get off on our travels.

My blip is our train arriving at Ebbsfleet for our trip to Paris. Our train was running about 20 minutes late by the time we arrived, so we had a dash from Paris Nord to Gare de Lyon but made it with plenty of time. Our next train was to Zurich where we spent the night. It was pouring with rain so we did not go far for dinner and were back for an early night.
