Portobello Coade Stone Pillars

I again went for a long run via Portebello today. I noticed for the first time these three stone pillars.

History from http://www.portobelloheritagetrust.co.uk:
The pillars, which date from the early 19th Century, used to stand in the garden of Argyle House, Hope Lane, off Portobello High Street until they were taken into Council storage in 1989 when a new extension was built onto the house. By 2005 the Council had agreed that the pillars could be re-erected in a new community garden built to replace a disused paddling pool on the Promenade
