Selfie: Self-isolation

A letter from the NHS dropped through our letterbox this morning informing us that a number of routine clinics are now cancelled until further notice because of shortage of staff due to illness.
 
Yet Boris was on telly last night assuring us that the NHS is well able to cope if there should be a pandemic!
 
Moreover, the first case of coronavirus has been reported in Tayside, just up the road from us, so it’s time to consider self-isolation.
 
We fall into the “vulnerable” category both by age and underlying medical conditions.
 

Is this over reaction? I don’t think so.
