BULL AT A GATE

Tiny Tuesday this week is another old friend - a collected piece from an overseas jaunt. I think the rider is playing the flute, serenading the Beast as it waits to go through the gate hence " Bull at the gate" maybe its not a bull -but I dont know for sure?
