City of blinding lights

It is never dark in the offshore. Of course it is a 24/7/365 industry where time is money and no difference is made between day and night. Plenty light is needed to work safe on platforms at night and plenty light is what is installed. You even can see the offshore industry from out of space, but that is also because of the so-called 'flares'. But not this one, not operational yet, so no flares, only lights, plenty light.
