Kites

It's the end of Apokrias and Clean Monday tomorrow, the first day of Greek Orthodox Lent... kite flying is an essential part of the tradition. Today was a perfect day for it, sunny and a light breeze.
I went for a walk along the coast with some friends... and there were hundreds of people enjoying the sunshine, dozens of kites and one or two brave souls actually swimming.
