Yoga without having to go to the gym

My brother was keen to demonstrate his yoga moves this afternoon in the allotment. “You don’t have to go to the gym” he asserted: “I get all the exercise and more than most just doing a stint in the garden and allotment.” Must say he is quite flexible for someone in the second half of his 70s!
