One of the men......

....working on the roof at work.

They have been on top of our main site building for two weeks now in all weathers.....and I mean.... rain, snow, hail and wind. How they do it I just don't know.

I'm hoping to photograph the rest of them during their time here. They are over half way on the project so I have just enough time before my short week at work next week.
