It's always a struggle to clock up my steps on a working from home day, so  I went on the treadmill out in the garage before breakfast. 

I accidentally locked both the house keys and my car keys in the garage when I slammed the door shut. Fortunately I had left the kitchen door unlocked so at least I could get back into the house.

The Worcester Bosch heating engineer called at lunchtime to service the boiler which passed with flying colours. It's always a worry that they might find something wrong.
