BALI DAY 12

#Another cocktail, same pool, different view.
Managed a good reading session whilst The Rev went off for his daily massage session!!!!
We were collected at 3 to drive for over an hour to Uluwatu to see the temple on the cliff top, watching the beautiful sunset and the Rama and Sita dance. Unfortunately for the first time...rain, rain and more rain really did stop play :(((

Then we dried off and waited to see if the rain we stop!! It was then The Rev was ambushed by # this cheeky monkey who stole his glasses off his head in milli-seconds!! He was lucky as one of the security guards went after him and eventually got them back. After a while our tour guide suggested a change of plan especially as the beautiful sunset was just Grey, rainy clouds!!!
So he took us to a seafood bbq....it was a bit of a tourist trap but we got it for free and it was tasty. On the way home we stopped at a couple of shops to look for a Bali shirt for The Rev.
Although it was a shame we missed the sunset it wasn’t a wasted trip.
