Grand.

Took the mutt for a long walk along the beach. Weather was lovely, chilly mind, but it was still and the sunshine fair lifted the spirits. 

Back to a cheese and ham croissant and cups of tea. Made the mistake of watching the BBC news, fair lowered the spirits again.
