Turbulence

My contribution to Abstract Thursday is taken at one of my favourite spots, the causeway to Friarton Island. The water changes from laminar flow to turbulent as it drops over the edge of the flooded causeway.

See my extra for a clearer view of the scene. I changed my mind twice over which one to choose as the blip. Would you call the extra an abstract?
