The Finishing Touch

Candied orange dipped in dark chocolate. Bitter dark chocolate offsets the sugary sweet orange, and the sugary, sticky sweetness of the orange is offset by the bitter dark chocolate.

Not wanting to blow my own trumpet...but they're pretty lush!
