Lodge Farm Pigeon

It was lovely listening to the skylarks as we walked at Lodge Farm this afternoon. I got a few pics but none good enough to post. I shot images of the resident kestrel too but it was way in the distance. This domestic pigeon is one of a small flock that hangs around the grain storage barn. We also saw quite a large flock of fieldfares which will soon be winging their way back to Scandinavia.
