Light Getting In

I feel almost human again.  No sneezing or coughing today.  My voice is still very raspy though and I am still getting waves of too-hot followed by too-cold.

I managed to get out for nearly half an hour which is a victory.

I have a big pan of lentils and stuff on the hob.  I really need to learn some good lentil based recipes.  I'm very happy eating pulses of all kinds.

An early bed is on the cards.  And work tomorrow morning.
