Albaicin

We spent most of the day exploring the winding streets of Albaicin - a district of Granada. It is the ancient medieval moorish quarter of the city with lots of winding streets and alleyways to explore. It was designated a World Heritage Site in 1984. It got quite hot in the afternoon and we retired to a local park for some shade then a cafe for a drink and gelato.
