Homeward bound

Gratitude Project Day 48.

Today I am grateful that Michael did not try to drive through the flood waters on the way home, and that we were able to find a detour that did not add too many hours to the trip.
We picked up 15 baby Guinea fowls in Delungra on the way home. Some of them had only just hatched so I hope they will all be okay.
Arrived home just as a storm hit and the lights went out a second time in a week! So no heating for the babies, luckily it’s summer.
