Impact

On a 1st world level. I was at work. Ironing lady turned up and apparently iron wouldn't work. (Penny banned me from posting the pile of  unironed ironing as my blip). What is particularly galling is that it was working perfectly yesterday AFTER I had spent a good 30 mins cleaning it. What a waste of time.
