Smoothed

It's been a while since I've blipped this view, although it has been something of a standby since Blip #10 back in 2010. Tonight's viewing came courtesy of a variant on the usual route home so that I could make 12yo's parent's evening.

The River Aire is starting to lower again after a few weeks of ferocious levels, including some flooding on this very stretch, but the rain has started again this afternoon.

A slow shutter speed has smoothed out the water in the weir, the riverside post and rail fence providing an informal tripod.
