How to build a staircase

The building work opposite the office is progressing (albeit slowly).   Now some of the additional structural work is coming together for the new atrium and entrance.   

We have been fascinated by these preformed staircase sections coming in and being manoeuvred into place by some very big cranes and some very skilled workmen.
