Moeraki Boulder

We parked up at Hampden Beach and walked along the beach to Moeraki where the boulders are. The boulders are a tourist attractions. They are spherical stones that have been exposed along this part of the shore line through erosion. They are millions of years old.
The walk along the beach was wonderful.  I could have spent much longer taking photos of the rock formations and the seaweed.  My apologies for the number of photos I have uploaded!!!
