Evening Shopping

It was a beautiful evening with temperatures in the high sixties - a sure sign of spring with the promise of warmer days to come.

Suddenly the sun broke through below the cloud cover as we drove into the parking lot of the grocery store.

It was just about to vanish behind the embankment of the highway above us when I climbed onto the car seat to get as high a view as possible.

Seconds later and it was gone.
